Cups are to be cleaned before use. Clean the copper with regular dish washing liquid and water. When copper turns dark in color, the easiest way to clean copper is by scrubbing it with Tomato Ketchup. Stubborn dark spots can be removed by scrubbing them by a piece of lemon or lime dipped in Salt.

Minor black marks are normal due to the manufacturing process. They do go away during the cleaning process.

Minor dings may be present due to long distance shipping.
