2. You will be given a scheduled date and time to show up at our office. 
3. You will have to fill out a quick “Client Info and Consent” form.
4. Post-appointment, you can purchase any advised supplements at the office. 

Virtual Zoom Consultations
1. Contact us at americanayurveda@gmail.com, (212)-202-0225, or click here.
2. You will be given a scheduled date and time for your virtual appointment.
3. You will be emailed the “Client Info and Consent” form to fill out and email back, along with your Zoom link and invoice.
4. Pay the fees and fill out the form to proceed with your appointment!
5. Post-appointment, you can purchase any advised supplements by contacting us.
